Made from Dolcetto and sourced from vineyards in Castelletto d'Orba and Lerma, it expresses a direct but not simplistic style, with dark fruit, good palate energy, and a texture that favors balance and drinkability. On the palate it is full, dry, and harmonious, suitable for a substantial and flavorful table. The 0.75 L format makes it ideal with cured meats, land appetizers, risottos, ragù, boiled meats, braised dishes, and aged cheeses. Serve at 14-16 °C. A classic, territorial, and versatile Dolcetto di Ovada, designed for those seeking an authentic and reliable red.
