Clà Dosaggio Zero Trento DOC 2021 Metodo Classico from Azienda Agricola Albino Armani is a wine designed for those seeking a territorial, easy-to-read, and concrete wine. Made in Trentino Alto Adige, Italy, from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, it has a profile consistent with the grape variety and the winery's style. In the glass, it offers a straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. Fresh and fruity with fragrant notes of yeast. The perfect balance between acidity and structure gives it a pleasant drinkability. The soil, lean and rich in rocks and gravel, supports structure, freshness, and flavor precision. Manual harvesting in small crates from mid to late September enhances a careful selection of the grapes. In the cellar, it is a base for sparkling wine.
