Bordeaux Rouge Graves AOC 2023 from Chateau Pellot is a wine designed for those seeking a territorial, easy-to-read, and concrete wine. Made in France from 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, it has a profile consistent with the grape variety and the winery's style. Aged in barrique for 8 months, it lends toasted notes to this wine, typical of the appellation. The oakiness is well-integrated, resulting in an elegant, smooth, and fruity wine. The sloping, clayey-gravel soil supports structure, freshness, and flavorful precision. Mechanical harvesting with a machine equipped with a sorter enhances a careful selection of the grapes. In the cellar, pre-fermentation, cold maceration for 8 days, thermoregulation, punching, and racking and returns. Length of maceration: 4-5 weeks. 6-8 years.
