Château Pellot Graves 2022 is an elegant red wine from the renowned Graves appellation, in the heart of Bordeaux. Made from a blend of Merlot (70%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), it grows on clay-gravel soils that lend structure and balance. Aged for 8 months in barriques, some of which are new, it reveals a deep color with purple reflections and an intense bouquet of ripe fruit, toasted notes, and light spicy nuances. On the palate, it offers body and harmony, with velvety tannins and a lingering finish that recalls woody sensations. With an alcohol content of 14.5%, it is a generous and robust wine, perfect for pairing with red meats, game, and aged cheeses. The 2022 harvest, characterized by favorable conditions, gives the wine excellent aging potential: it is ideal to drink young to appreciate its freshness, but it can evolve until 2035, developing complexity and aromatic depth.
