Il Barco Reale di Carmignano Bio DOC di Fattoria Ambra is an organic Tuscan red with a bright ruby color and an intense bouquet of black cherries, plums, blackberries, aromatic herbs and spices such as cinnamon and tobacco. The vinification in steel and the maturation in large oak barrels give complexity and balance between fruit and earthy notes. The sip is full, round and velvety, with a final freshness that invites drinking. Produced with hand-selected grapes from environmentally friendly vineyards, it is ideal with grilled lamb and pasta alla bolognese.
