Ausonia's Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Colline Teramane DOCG Apollo 2022 BIO is an authentic red wine, produced in Atri according to biodynamic principles. Made from 100% Montepulciano grapes, it ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and ages in stainless steel, preserving the identity of the grape variety and terroir. It features an intense ruby red color; the nose reveals aromas of ripe red fruit, spices, and licorice, while the palate offers freshness, savory flavors, and soft tannins. Versatile in pairing, it pairs well with pasta dishes with meat sauces, roasts, cured meats, and semi-mature cheeses. A natural and territorial wine, a pure expression of Montepulciano from the Colline Teramane.

Founded in 2008 by Simone and Francesca, the Ausonia winery was born from the desire to transform a passion into a life project. Located in Abruzzo, they cultivate 12 hectares of vineyards with full respect for nature, with biodynamic certification since 2016. Ausonia wines express the authentic character of the terroir and the vintages, reflecting the purity of the Abruzzo region.
