Ambrosia Castelli di Jesi Verdicchio Riserva DOCG 2023 by VIgnamato is a wine designed for those seeking a territorial, easy-to-read, and concrete bottle. Made in the Marche region, Italy, from Verdicchio, its profile is consistent with the grape variety and the winery's style. In the glass, it offers a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections tending towards gold. It has a fresh and very persistent aroma with perceptible hints of bitter almond and ripe fruit. The medium-textured clay soil supports structure, freshness, and a precise flavor. Manual harvesting in crates, in the first and second ten days of October, enhances a careful selection of the grapes. In the cellar, soft pressing, fermentation in steel and barrique. 60% in stainless steel tanks, 40% in barrique for 12-14 months.
