Pinot Nero 347 MSLM by Alberto Fiori is a young and elegant red, produced in the Province of Pavia IGT. The hand-picked grapes are vinified in steel with a 7-day maceration on the skins, followed by a 6-month refinement. On the nose it reveals intense notes of red fruits, orange and a spicy touch. In the mouth it is harmonious, fragrant and fresh, with a balanced and smooth sip. Ideal at 16°C, it pairs perfectly with light red meats, white meats and delicate dishes.
