Syrah Wo Stellenbosch 2023 Tappo a Vite by Somerbosch is a wine designed for those seeking a territorial, easy-to-read, and concrete bottle. It is made from 100% Syrah, with a profile consistent with the grape variety and the winery's style. In the glass, it offers a deep ruby red color, with spicy and mulberry aromas that create interesting combinations of aromas. On the palate, it demonstrates a pleasant roundness and good body, with smooth tannins and a spicy aftertaste. The manual harvest in crates with selection in the vineyard enhances a careful selection of the grapes. In the winery, after the fermentation processes, 60% of the product is left to mature in second- or third-use French and American oak barriques for 12 years. The wine is finally blended and left to age in bottle.
