After vinification in stainless steel, the wine ages for at least 24 months in the historic underground Pietra da Cantoni cellars of Castello di Uviglie, a natural environment that ensures slow and constant maturation. In the glass, it appears bright straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. The aromatic profile recalls white fruit, bread crust, notes of croissant, and citrus nuances.
