La Frassina Cabernet Sauvignon Venezia DOC 2022 by La Frassina is a wine designed for those seeking a territorial, easy-to-read, and concrete wine. Made in Veneto, Italy, from Cabernet Sauvignon, its profile is consistent with the grape variety and the winery's style. In the glass, it offers an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose, it has a vinous aroma with notes of raspberry and ripe blackberry. On the palate, it is harmonious and balanced, slightly tannic, with good structure and persistence. The manual harvest in crates with selection in the vineyard during the last ten days of September highlights a careful selection of the grapes. In the cellar, maceration lasts 8-9 days at a controlled temperature (24-26°C) in stainless steel tanks. Aged in stainless steel for approximately 14 months, 12 months in bottle.
