Tenuta Brunnenhof's Johann Blauburgunder Alto Adige DOC 2024 is a wine designed for those seeking a territorial, easy-to-read, and concrete wine. Made in Trentino Alto Adige, Italy, from Pinot Noir, it has a profile consistent with the grape variety and the winery's style. It presents an intense ruby red color. The interplay of tannins, the alcohol smoothness, and the fine woody flavor give this wine its complexity and harmony. The clay soil supports structure, freshness, and flavorful precision. Manual harvesting enhances a careful selection of grapes. In the winery, the selected grapes are fermented in a large wooden barrel where the must remains in contact with the skins for two weeks.
