The Rosé di Bardolino Chiaretto Di Bardolino DOC 2025 Tappo a Vite by Tantini Giovanna is a wine designed for those seeking a territorial, legible, and concrete bottle. It is made in Veneto, Italy from Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, with a profile consistent with the grape variety and the winery's style. In the glass, it offers an intense pink color, delicate notes on the nose with hints of fresh fruit. Fresh and lively on the palate. The soil, of glacial origin, gravelly, calcareous, and alluvial, supports structure, freshness, and flavorful precision. The manual harvest in crates in mid-September enhances a careful selection of the grapes. In the winery, for each variety, harvesting, crushing and destemming, and cryomaceration at 5°C are carried out. Soft pressing and static clarification of the must at 8°C. 6 months in stainless steel tanks (8°C), 2 months in bottle.
