Alma Assemblage 1 Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut authentically expresses the Bellavista style thanks to the careful selection of grapes and long aging on the lees. The predominance of Chardonnay, accompanied by Pinot Noir and a small amount of Pinot Blanc, gives harmony, precision and a distinctive aromatic refinement.
It appears in the glass a bright straw yellow, with a fine and persistent foam. The olfactory profile is composed of floral notes, citrus accents and light mineral sensations that anticipate a fresh, creamy and well-balanced sip, with a long and clean finish.
The set includes two official Rastal Franciacorta 42cl glasses, designed with a tulip shape to best enhance the aromas and foam, offering a complete experience consistent with the standards of the denomination.
