Fullfilment and delivery times

Albero Group Srl (alberoshop.it) makes its shipments using: Express Courier 24/48h UPS - TNT and DHL. The capillary presence on the territory of these express couriers allows us to serve and efficiently deliver customers domiciled in highly disadvantaged places.

Our couriers are able to deliver throughout Italy within 24/48 hours from the collection of goods, shipments to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, however, can take up to 72 hours to reach their destination. For deliveries to the smaller islands, delivery times may vary depending on weather conditions and availability for delivery of the local carrier to which UPS, TNT or DHL entrusts delivery of the package to the final customer.

The fulfillment of the order will be notified to the customer by a communication sent to the email address used during registration on the site, where the details of the shipment will also be communicated (tracking number), which the customer can constantly follow by connecting to his customer area.

The courier makes deliveries with Express Shipping from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Albero Group Srl (alberoshop.it) always provides the courier with your directions. We therefore invite you when ordering to indicate as a delivery address a destination where there can be constant availability. In case of non-delivery for the absent recipient, the courier will leave a notice of passage in your mailbox, with an invitation to contact the courier's Call Center in order to reschedule the delivery for the next day.

 

 

Fullfilment times:

Albero Group Srl (alberoshop.it) operates both through its own warehouse and through external logistics. The products in our warehouse are processed within 24 hours of receipt of the same, depending on the logistics phase and the availability of the ordered products in stock.

Orders comprising more products with different timing of evasion will be processed, at the discretion of the customer, in a single solution in respect of the time of evasion longer or individually in accordance with the individual times of evasion. No responsibility can be attributed to us in case of damages or consequences deriving from failure to comply with the time required to process an order.

 

In case of unavailability of products caused by incorrect communication by our suppliers or by a simultaneous forwarding of orders by customers, Albero Group Srl will immediately notify the customer that it is impossible to accept the order placed and any time required for the return of missing products. No responsibility can be attributed to us in case of damages or consequences deriving from the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

 

For all the other products not available in our warehouse, we have a delivery time of 5 or 7 working days, they are products that we order directly from our foreign suppliers upon receipt of an order from customers. They are particular and not widespread products, destined to specific categories of users. Therefore, the proposed timing is only indicative because it is influenced by many factors such as: customs clearance times, shipping times from abroad, logistics times of foreign warehouses.

 

Once the order has been placed, the customer will be constantly informed by our Customer Service regarding the progress of the procurement phase and any delays in order fulfillment. No responsibility can be attributed to us in case of damages or consequences deriving from failure to comply with the time required to process an order.
