Harvesting is done by hand, maceration lasts approximately 6-8 days, and aging continues for 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels and barriques, building depth and consistency of flavor. The color is intense ruby ​​red, the persistent aroma recalls ripe fruit, while the sip is soft, savory, and long.
