| Description | Atlas 150 Wellness Red Pasta Machine by Marcato Spa. Total guarantee of the absence of metallic powders harmful to health, thanks to the use of materials suitable for food use, the rollers and the body are made of anodised aluminium, while the combs and the scrapers are made of polyurea coatings. The crank, with a convenient and easy handle, makes it easier the making of the pasta, while a 10-position regulating knob always guarantees the desired choice of pasta thickness. The clamp and base with rubber feet always guarantee good stability. Maintenance and cleaning of the Atlas Machine is simplified thanks to the removable comb, with a simple brush you can remove the dough residues. The rolls have a slightly rough surface, favoring in this way the porosity of pasta and consequently greater amalgamation with sauces. Atlas has three rolls for the preparation of standard pasta: Fettuccine (6mm), lasagne and tagliolini (1,5mm). It can be equipped with a wide range of rollers for the preparation of bigoli, capellini, little lasagna, linguine, mafaldine, pappardelle, reginette, spaghetti, spaghetti alla chitarra, trenette, vermicelli, ravioli, little ravioli. Totally made in Italy with 10 YEARS of total warranty. |
