Your Rights

If you are a consumer, you can exercise the right of withdrawal, ie decide to return the item to the seller without any reasons, within 14 calendar days of delivery (or delivery of the last item, in case of separate deliveries).

If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase and you want to return it, the return costs are at your expense, but we will refund the full amount of the order.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.


Withdrawal effect 

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you made in our favor, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered).
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction within a maximum of 7 working days..

The refund may be suspended until the receipt of the goods or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the products must be returned including packaging,  manuals and any original accessories, in the same condition in which they were delivered to the customer. 

Please return the goods or deliver them to us, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The term is respected if you return the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period.


Withdrawal exclusion

The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety;
it is not possible to withdraw only a part of the product purchased (e.g. accessories, software attachments, etc ...);
the purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete with all parts (including any documentation and accessory: manuals, cables, etc.);

the shipment, up to the receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the Customer;
in the event of goods damage during transport, Albero Group srl will notify the Customer of the event (within max 2 days after receipt of the goods in its stores), to allow him to promptly report his complaint to the courier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs charged to the customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;.


Albero Group is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.


The right of withdrawal doesn’t cover every buyer. The first limitation is its application only to consumers. Despite past attempts to interpret this term in an extended way, it is now well established that with this term only the natural person who acts outside of his professional activity can be identified. The Civil Code, in fact, designates it in this way: "the Consumer is the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out" (article 1469 bis). In essence, companies and professionals with VAT numbers can’t assert the right of withdrawal for purchases made in this capacity.
The right of withdrawal is totally lost, in the absence of at least one of the points previously listed.


Procedure for the application of the right of withdrawal

Albero Group Srl, in the relationship with private customers, in addition to the cases detailed in the sections Right of Withdrawal (specified above), accepts the return of the products you have purchased also for the following issues:

  • - MALFUNCTIONING WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE PURCHASE: in case the product you have purchased manifests obvious malfunctions (doesn’t light up, it is strongly damaged, etc.), you can forward a replacement request by contacting our Customer Service. After receiving the product, we will verify that the damage doesn’t derive from an improper use and we will provide the relative replacement or refund in case of unavailability of the same item at our suppliers. If, on the other hand, the check reveals a damage caused by your negligence, we will proceed to re-send you the product by charging you the shipping costs.
  • - WRONG ORDER HANDLING: the logistics to which Albero Group entrusts its shipments is always very careful to verify the contents of the shipments, but in case you receive a different product from the one ordered, you can contact our Customer Service and provide, without any disbursement from you, the return of the wrongly sent product and its replacement.
  • - DOA: a product received is referred to as DOA (dead-on-arrival) when it is completely malfunctioning since its first use and, therefore, the defect is attributable to the production phase of the product itself. The substitutions in the case of DOA vary according to the policies of the manufacturers, to which Easy Telephone must strictly adhere. If the manufacturing company foresees the replacement, you can contact the Customer Service and start the procedure of return to DOA, otherwise you will have to refer to the Authorized Assistance Centers of the house.


All the products marketed by Albero Group Srl are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (24 months from delivery of the goods), pursuant to Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n.206. To make use of the warranty, the buyer must keep the receipt or the DDT he will receive together with the purchased goods. The 24-month warranty pursuant to the aforementioned Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the same is used correctly, respecting its intended use, the instructions given and anything else provided in the technical documentation attached. This warranty, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. N. 206/2005, is reserved only to the Consumer (a physical person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating in the order form a reference of VAT number). In case of lack of conformity of the product in the warranty period, and always that the consumer buyer makes a written complaint within 14 days from the date on which he discovered the defect, Albero Group Srl provides, at no cost to the buyer, and at the choice of the latter, to restore the conformity of the product by repair / replacement or reimbursement of the product.

Albero Group Srl guarantees that the products are manufactured in compliance with the technical specifications declared on the packaging, in the technical bulletins, instructions and user manuals. Furthermore, Albero Group Srl assumes no responsibility for damages that the purchaser may possibly suffer due to improper storage, custody, use of the products, if the latter has failed to comply strictly with the instructions or instructions in any form provided from Albero Group Srl.
