After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for a year in 500-liter tonneaux and another 8–10 months in large barrels, a slow process that refines its tannic texture and fragrance. In the glass, it is intense ruby, with a profile that combines alcoholic smoothness, elegant tannins, and a well-integrated hint of wood. The palate is harmonious, precise, and clean, faithful to the Brunnenhof style: it leaves room for the fruit and the terroir, without forcing it.
